Keeping a cellar on your phone is free, forever, with no account. glug plus adds the things that need a server: syncing across devices, friends and shared cellars, and the label scanner. It's a monthly subscription through the App Store, cancellable any time in your App Store settings. If you stop, your cellar keeps working on your phone.
Add someone under people by their handle. Once they accept, open a bottle and tap share this bottle with someone to split it — or, if you live together, open the place, tap edit this place, and add them under who's in on this place. They'll see it, add to it, and drink from it.
Type their name anyway. It becomes a placeholder that tracks their share. When they join, open people, tap their name, and pick their account — every share moves across.
Tap not it? fix the details and correct it. Labels are hard, and photographs of labels on curved glass in bad light are harder. Straight on, filling the frame, works best.
