glug! glugluglugan np.lol app

terms of use

the deal between you and glugluglug. last updated 25 August 2026.

The short version: keep your own cellar, be decent to the people you share it with, and pay for glug plus only as long as you want it. Your bottles, notes and cellars are yours — we just hold them.

using glugluglug

glugluglug is an app for keeping track of wine, on your own or with people you choose. By installing it you agree to these terms. If you don't, the app isn't for you.

It's about alcohol, so it's for people over the legal drinking age where they live.

your account

The free app needs no account and keeps everything on your phone. An account — a name, a handle and a password — is needed for syncing, friends and the label scanner. Keep your password to yourself; anything done with your handle is treated as done by you. Pick a handle that isn't someone else's name or trademark, and we may reclaim one that is.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing ken@np.lol. We can close an account that's used to harass people or to break these terms.

glug plus

what you put in

Your cellars, bottles, tasting notes and label photos stay yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, and to show it to the people you've shared it with. Label photos are also kept in a shared lookup archive so that scanning a label somebody has already scanned is instant — the wine on the label, not who owns it.

Don't upload anything you don't have the right to, and don't use the app to harass anyone or to break the law where you live.

sharing with people

When you share a bottle or a cellar, the people you share it with can see it and change their side of it. Think before you share — we can't un-see something on someone else's phone.

the parts lawyers ask for

glugluglug is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't promise it will never be down, never lose a byte, or fit any particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything you can't lose — profile → export the cellar gives you a CSV whenever you want one.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising out of the app is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We can change or stop the service. If we're shutting it down we'll give notice in the app, in time for you to export your cellar.

changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will say so before the change applies. Carrying on using glugluglug after that means you accept the new terms.

law and contact

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes belong to the Norwegian courts. Nothing here takes away consumer rights you have where you live.
